Shipping - New shipping policy will go into effect starting 1/1/08 as stated on the home page.  More information will follow once I have it all worked out.

I offer free Standard shipping on full priced merchandise orders over $149.95 shipped at the same time, to the same address and shipped within the lower 48 states.   Otherwise, shipping will be $9.95 for the first $50 order, $11.95 for orders $50.01 - $99.99, $15.95 for orders $100.00 - $149.99, $20.95 for orders ups to $199.99 - $249.99.. etc. This is an estimate for USPS shipping with delivery confirmation and insurance included. If the package is oversized or the weight or value deems the shipping to be more I will contact you ASAP as my other job will allow.    Sale and/or clearance priced items will be charged the actual shipping cost if more than the above stated price.   Until I have my shopping cart updated totally I will email anyone who's total shipping isn't correct with the correct amount.  Please be sure if you order an on sale item you check your email for an email from me for the corrected invoice.  

 

My shopping cart will not figure International shipping at this time.  I do charge actual shipping plus a $2.00 handling fee per item for International shipping and I will not mark the package as a gift.

 
Next Day and Second Day Air are available at an additional cost.  You would need to note in comment section at checkout which service you are requesting or call in your order and request this method and to find out the cost.  If done online after I receive your order and figure the shipping for the new method I will email you back the revised invoice with the correct shipping charges.
 
 
 
 
Layaways
 
Layaways are available on any non-discounted item.   My general rule of thumb is 30 days per $100 of merchandise.  I am always willing to work with each customer so please contact me for more details.

Preorders

Due to the increasing number of customers that would preorder and then never make the purchase, I will be implementing a new preorder policy.  If you would like to preorder any upcoming items that are not yet available I will require that you have a credit card of file with me or you may make a non-refundable deposit of $10 per item if you wish to mail payments.   You may preorder items directly from the shopping cart.  If you provide a credit card for the payment your card will not be charged until the item is in stock and ready to ship out.  If you will be paying with a check or money order for an item, please do the checkout and choose that method of payment.  Then you will need to mail in the $10 deposit per doll or per order of bears to guarantee your preorder.  Your order will not be guaranteed until your deposit or credit card information has been received.

If you cancel a preorder before the merchandise is in stock you will not be charged a fee if you preordered by credit card.  Any deposits paid will not be refunded.  If you cancel an order after the merchandise is in stock you will be charged the 15% restocking fee. 

 

Returns

I will do everything possible to earn and keep your business. I want you to be happy with your purchase.  I do not allow returns on sale items.

If an item is damaged in transit, please contact the carrier or me immediately (within 2 days of receipt of item). Please hold onto the packaging materials (shipping box and all packing inside). I cannot guarantee replacement or refund on damaged items if these rules are not followed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email me for a return authorization number within 3 days of receipt of item.   Make sure you include the order number and the date it was received in that Email. I will then email you back with a return authorization number to be put inside the box and on the outside of the package near the shipping label. (All packages arriving without a return authorization number will be refused and returned to the sender at your expense.)  You will be responsible for the return shipping if you just don't like the item.   Returns will not be accepted on sale or clearance items.
 
Please return the item promptly in its original condition and packaging and I will issue you a store credit in the amount of the price of the item and tax (excluding our 15% restocking fee and the original cost of my shipping to you). The item must be in our possession within 14 days from the date that you received it. I am sorry but there are no exceptions to this policy. The minimum restocking fee is $10.00.

Privacy & Security Issues

I respect your privacy. All information submitted is kept in the strictest of confidence. I promise to never sell or share your personal information with any outside business or agency.  I treat your information the way that I expect mine to be kept.
